To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions, commanding upon the respondents to remove the encroachments made by respondents no. 8 to 12 from the public land situated in village- Belayaqub, P.S. and AnchalBahadurpur, District-

The learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No.04 of 2015-16 was initiated by the Circle Officer, Bahadurpur, DistrictDarbhanga, whereafter the final order under section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has also been passed and Police force has been requisitioned for removal of the encroachment in question, however, he is not having any knowledge about the present situation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, Darbhanga be directed to ensure removal of the encroachment in question, if the same has not already been removed. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
