The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt in Saraiya P.S. case No. 150/2014 and from the aforesaid case he was remanded in the present case. Save and except confession, the Investigating Officer did not collect any further material to show involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Kurhani P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013 (G.R. No. 1348/2013).
