1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya vide order dated 21.11.2022 passed in B.P. No.2681 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for initiation of mediation between the parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
