ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 31.07.2015 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in Cr. Appeal No. 56 of 2013.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any irregularity in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
