ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Pursuant to the order dated 12.02.2018, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram along with the District Education Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram are present. A show-cause has been filed today stating therein that the necessary payment have been made and instructions have been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar. Thereafter, the Accountant General, Bihar is also issued authority and amounts which were due to the petitioner have been sent to the Treasury and payments is likely to be received by him shortly.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and that some amount has already been credited in the account of the petitioner on 15.02.2018 and the rest amount is likely to be deposited into

Patna High Court MJC No.2753 of 2016 (10) dt.20-02-2018 his account for which instructions have already been issued to the Treasury, the order under contempt stands complied with. The contempt application is thus disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise such issues before the appropriate authority and the authority shall address themselves to such representations within a reasonable period.
