The petitioner seeks bail in Morkahi P.S. Case No. 61/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35A of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol without any cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2015. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 61/2015.
