2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against four named accused person alleging therein that all the accused persons have brutally assaulted the daughter of the informant and ultimately killed her by strangulating.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The chargesheet has already been submitted against the petitioner under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence, but only on the basis of suspicion, the name

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that upon conclusion of investigation, the police has submitted the chargesheet against the petitioner under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 149/2023 lodged on 22.06.2023, pending before the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur is hereby rejected.
