2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of obtaining job as a teacher on the basis of forged documents. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
