Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have assaulted not only the deceased but other injured also, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. case no. 96/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 446/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Siwan stands rejected.
