The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one pistol without any cartridge was recovered. The petitioner claims the ownership of the motorcycle which is recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in jail for more than two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015.
