Petitioner is in custody connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of bag containing cash.

The petitioners are in custody since 12.3.2019. Considering the fact petitioner has remained in custody for nearly 11 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6433 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018.
