The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/489 (A),(B),(C) and (E) of the Indian Penal Code.
One Anil Kumar is said to have placed eight currency notes of the denomination of Rs. 1000/- each totaling Rs. 8,000/- before the Bank to be deposited in his account but out of those notes, one currency note of Rs. 1,000/- was found fake. Anil Kumar disclosed that Sonu Kumar gave him the aforesaid currency notes. On being interrogated, Sonu Kumar disclosed that the petitioner Jitendra Kumar Singh gave him those notes, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41882 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 P2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 396 of 2015.
