Patna High Court CWJC No.14635 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 matter was decided by this court in C.W.J.C. Nos. 12725 of 2017,11859 of 2017 and 11784 of 2017.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, Director Primary Education, Patna to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. Nos. 12725 of 2017, 11859 of 2017 and 11784 of 2017 he shall extended similar treatment to the petitioners within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of representation alongwith a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
