The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.174 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that the excise officials recovered 426.540 litres of country made liquor from a poultry farm of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and no recovery was made from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the fact that huge quantity of liquor was recovered from poultry farm of the petitioner, I am
