According to prosecution case, the petitioner was apprehended by the informant after three days of the alleged occurrence and the ATM of the informant was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the investigation has already been completed and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14-06-2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S.
