The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal challenging the order passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Nawada dated 1.2.2016 before the appellate authority. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner files an appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose of the appeal within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
