Pursuant to the order dated 27.08.2019, the District Magistrate, Patna; the Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar and the Director, Bihar Rashtra Bhasha Parishad, are present for reasons recorded in the order.

Show cause has been filed by them.

From the same, it transpires that claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been accepted and letter of appointment has also been issued to him as contained in Memo No.1678 dated 26.09.2019 under the signature of the Director, Higher Education Department, Government of Bihar.

The Appointment Letter, copy of which has been brought on record, has been handed over to the petitioner, who incidentally, is present in Court.

The Director, Bihar Rashtra Bhasa Parishad, submitted that joining of the petitioner would be accepted today itself in the office.

Having regard to the aforesaid, this Court finds that the order of the Court dated 24.07.2017 passed in CWJC No.1254 of 2016 having been complied with, nothing further remains in the present application.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

9.

Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
