2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323, 324, 337, 338 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of petty dispute. The accusation of assault are general and omnibus against the petitioners and in any event injuries are simple in nature.

4. A perusal of the injury reports enclosed in the bail petition however discloses that opinion has been reserved in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6795 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 respect of injuries sustained by various persons which was not pointed out rather it was submitted that all the injuries are simple in nature.

5. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
