Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 399 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2022 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has been filed in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 399 of 2022.
