2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 509 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 67(a)/84(c) of the I.T. Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is a Bangladeshi and already married from before had trapped the victim and subsequently has committed rape with her. The petitioner has also threatened the victim girl that he will make the photographs of intimate moments viral. The petitioner used to threaten the father of the victim also.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.7.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
