This application under Articles-226 & 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conclude and complete the investigation of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 187 of 1996 within the district of Gopalganj.

Respondents No. 1 & 2 at paragraph-10 of the counter affidavit have stated that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet No. 109 of 2016 has been filed on 0206-2016. In this view of the matter, this application stands disposed off as infructuous.
