2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 346 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his own daughter by cutting her neck. He has given his self-inculpatory statement.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2024.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8697 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 petitioner.
