The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case no. 53/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. He is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except the confession, the police did not collect any further tangible material. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case no. 53/2014.
