Counsel for the respondent State submits that entire outstanding dues on account of salary claimed in the writ petition by the petitioner have been paid to the petitioner. Such averment is seriously disputed by the petitioner's Counsel.
The issue is one of disputed facts. However, under no circumstance the respondents can be permitted to conduct themselves in this manner, and make assertion without giving

Respondent No. 4 is therefore directed to give a details of calculation showing what amount has been paid to the petitioner for what period. Let details of amount be furnished to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
It is needless to state that when details are submitted, if the petitioner is aggrieved he may raise his grievance in the forum of his choice.
The writ petition is disposed of.
