The sole petitioner, husband of the deceased, apprehending his arrest in Nokha P.S. Case No. 313 of 2017, which was lodged long back on 22-10-2017, has approached this Court in the month of February, 2019 for granting bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender, whereas fact remains that the petitioner was arrayed as accused in the F.I.R. and death of his wife was unnatural. In such situation, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail.
