The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 405 of 2019, registered under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Rajesh Ram @ Sadhu (Petitioner) along with Raj Kewat @ Raj and Stish Kumar were apprehended with Apache motorcycle bearing registration No. BR-01CH-4970. On inquiry, they did not produce any paper regarding ownership of the said motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Sri Grish Chandra Sharma, Advcoate appearing on behalf of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10092 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 submits that petitioner is accused in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019, under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, but he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 405 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall file an undertaking before the Court below to appear on each and every date.
