The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, section 47(F), 13(F), 48 of the Excise Act and under section 2(B), 3, 5(kh) of Mahua Flower Act. 45 bags of Mahua flower were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Akanksha Kashyap, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in Khizersarai P.S.
