The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palanwa (Bhelahi) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 394, 411, of I.P.C. and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2022 and the petitioner has three criminal antecedent..

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the
