The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other is alleged to have started eve teasing the informant and on being protest made by her, they tried to take her on a motorcycle. Only attempt was made. The driver of the motorcycle has already been granted bail. The petitioner is in jail since 25.5.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41914 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri V. N. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Basnahi P. S. Case No. 41 of 2015, G. R. No. 1375 of 2015.
