The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,353,504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered in another case and remanded in the present case and as such his anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. This application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
