The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah against the order dated 20.9.2017 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Nautan Block, Nautan, West Champaran, hence the learned Collector may be directed to dispose of her representation.
In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah to dispose of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2896 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 pending representation of the petitioner herein, which is Annexure-5 to the present writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
