The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended by the villagers and from his possession one motor cycle and five live cartridges were recovered and those articles were produced before the police. It is submitted that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case at the instance of his enemies. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
