2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 132, 74, 352, 351(2), 121(1), 121(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons abused and misbehaved with the female constables and then fled away from the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
