The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 736/2022 dated 20.09.2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
