JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the State. The application seeks modification in the order dated 13.07.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20401 of 2013. In paragraph 3 at page 1 of the said order the Court recorded that the petitioner has undertaken to file appropriate application within two weeks. Citing various reasons, it has been submitted that the appropriate application could not be filed within the said time. He, therefore, prays that the period noted in the said paragraph of the order be extended.

Having heard the parties, the order dated 13.07.2016 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 3 at page 1 of the order, the words within "02 weeks" from today shall be read as "within 05 weeks from today".
