JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 Heard Mr. Rana Pratap Singh, learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner has filed this petition for his anticipatory bail. The petitioner has also filed Cr. Misc. No. 39163 of 2014 for quashing of the order finding prima facie case against the petitioner in Complaint Case No. 119C of 2012. In the aforesaid case there is order of no coercive step against the accused persons including the petitioner. Therefore, at present the petitioner has got no apprehension of being arrested. Cr. Misc. No. 39163 of 2014 is still pending with the interim order.
