The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the deceased said that his sister was married to Police Rai 10 years ago but Police Rai solemnized second marriage with Mamta Devi and thereafter Police Rai, his second wife and other family members killed his sister. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The petitioner is no manner concerned with the family of Police Rai. The petitioner is not at all related with Police Rai.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41249 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. Case No. 11/2015.
