The writ application is dismissed on the sole ground at this juncture, because the exercise for recognition and grant in aid of the various Madarsa is not an ongoing process. Whatever was done earlier was part of the policy decision existing then. If such an exercise is initiated, there could be an occasion for the petitioner or the likes of petitioner to assert their claim.
