2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 138 of 2023 arising out of NCB Case No. 01 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 8(c), r/w 21(c), 22(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 920 gms. of Heroine has been recovered from a house.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11597 of 2025(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 trial is on the verge of conclusion and all the witnesses have been examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
