2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners abused and assaulted the informant, with an intention to grab his land.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries are simple in nature and the members of defense side
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13700 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 have also suffered injuries which were grievous in nature. There is case and counter case.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
