2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"(i) For quashing the order dated 13.01.2016 passed by the learned Member, Judicial, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13731 of 2016(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 Case No. 244 of 2014 as contained in Annexure-9 whereby and whereunder the learned Tribunal has declined to interfere with the order of Collector, Muzaffarpur dated 7.06.2002 passed in Misc. Case No.96 of 1997 as contained in Annexure-8 by which the learned Collector had upheld the order dated 2.07.1997 passed by the Circle Officer, Aurai in Basgit Purcha Case No.62 of 1995-96 as contained in Annexure-7 and 8.
(ii) For any other relief or reliefs, the petitioner may be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
