28.08.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Phulwarishariff (Janipur) P. S. Case No. 598 of 2013 / G.R. No. 6361 of 2013 dated 23.10.2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigation appears to have begun in the year 2013 and by this time it must have been completed.

In the absence of any clear information, this Court only directs that if the investigation is still

pending, it must be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In that event, the petitioner would have the liberty to take recourse to the legal remedies available to him.
