The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have fled away, leaving the stolen motorcycle, after seeing the police party. Petitioner has been identified by local villagers. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8166 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
