Name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter, petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt leading to recovery of some looted articles but admittedly, looted articles were not put on test identification parade and moreover, co-accused Dharmendra Kumar Choudhary has already been granted privilege of bail.
