2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for the offence, punishable under Sections 140(3), 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S. read with section 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped Sonu Kumar along with other co-accused persons, kept him with them for 4-5 days at several places and assaulted him brutally and when the informant informed the police regarding kidnapping of Sonu Kumar, then the petitioner along with other co-accused persons abused and threatened informant to face dire consequences.
4. During course of investigation, the victim was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11056 of 2026(6) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 recovered and his statement under Section 180 B.N.S.S. was recorded, in which, he stated that this petitioner was also involved in the alleged kidnapping. From perusal of injury report, it appears that 15 injuries have been found on the body of victim.
