The statement of the victim was recorded under Section164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she, categorically, stated that coaccused, Umesh Chauhan and two others had kidnapped her. Petitioner happens to be brother of co-accused, Umesh Chauhan. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S.
