The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.166 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 36, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43472 of 2022, this application is also allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8231 of 2022(3) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.166 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will visit Basantpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
