2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arrah, Nawada P.S. Case No. 607 of 2022 dated 19.07.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that there was a dispute of transaction of money between Abhishek Singh Bharat Rai and Vijay Chaudhary with the informant's son and the son of informant had filed a police case with regard to the same, whereafter they were being threatened by them to withdraw the case, failing which, they would shoot him, hence it is alleged that the F.I.R. named accused persons had conspired and killed the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and only on the basis of self-confessional statement the petitioner has been accused in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main accused Golu Kumar whose bail has been rejected by this Court on 07.02.2023. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2022 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Arrah, Bhojpur in connection with Arrah, Nawada P.S.
