Petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019-20 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case on account of grazing of grass.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nature of injury sustained by the informant side is simple in nature.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.7745 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 antecedent and there is case and counter case and the nature of injury is simple, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019.
