JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This case has come at the instance of the petitioner stating that at page no.2 of order dated 23.4.2019, it is mentioned that "However, the petitioner was the District Superintendent of Education till the year, 2008 and appointment of the teacher, whose certificate was found forged, was made in the year, 2011" whereas submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was the District Superintendent of Education till 2008 and appointment of the teacher was made in the year, 1998 but the salary was withdrawn for the year, 2011. Having heard and perused the record, in view of the fact that the sentence at page 2 of order dated 23.4.2019 - "However, the petitioner was the District Superintendent of Education till the year, 2008 and appointment of the teacher, whose certificate was found forged, was made in the year,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8284 of 2019(5) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 2011" be read as - "However, the petitioner was the District Superintendent of Education till the year, 2008 and appointment of the teacher was made in the year, 1988, however, the salary was withdrawn in the year, 2011" and remaining parts of the order shall remain intact. Let this modification order be communicated to the court concerned at once and further two weeks time from the date of receipt of the order is allowed to surrender to the petitioner.
